Julie is a housewife. Her husband has a decent job on Wall Street. They have two kids, one boy and one girl. The life of Julie was used to be easy and comfortable. One day, one of Julie’s friend dropped by to show her newly purchased dress on the internet. The internet purchasing has caught Julie’s attention. Instead of admiring the pretty dress of her friend, Julie is wondering whether the internet will satisfy the need of their basic purchasing.
As soon as the friend leaving, Julie starts to surfing for the internet shops which she had never done before. The first surfing opens a new door to life. She finds out that there are numerous shops full of stuffs on the internet. The prices are far more reasonable than the real shops because of the less cost of the business running. What’s more, many rare things which can’t be normally seen can be found too. Julie can’t hold the joy and buy some necessary stuff.
Things that she bought delivered to her the day next. She is satisfied with the delivering speed and the quality of goods. How convenient it is! The cost can not only saved from the price the goods themselves, but also from the car gas and the parking fees.
Though this buying way is less of some fun of touching the exhibiting goods and the joy of shopping, it is certainly the best way to save money in the tough period. Julie has the faith that the financial crisis is temporary. They will get over it in the near future. But the internet purchasing may be insisted on for the necessary things to save.
