This is a computer age, an age of computer stepping into hundreds of thousands of families. Computer becomes quite indispensable in our times, white collars, especially those in office, cannot do anything without computer, or the young who indulge in computer games. Such kind of people is collectively the so-called computer users. They usually complain of suffering ache on their lepospondylous, waist and legs. What should they do?
In order to protect these parts from grass-rooted pains happening in their rest lives, we can do two exercises to diminish chance of acquired. The first one is the stretching exercise, and there is a vivid saying that looks up at the sky and eyes on the moon. And the stretching exercise we practice nowadays is the product generated by such an old saying. The so-called stretching exercise refers to raise your head, turn left and right and so, which is the first step when practice stretching exercise and soften hardness of the neck. Besides, Yoga, Tai Chi and Gymnastics also share such function as well. Through some specially-designed machines, strength and stretching abilities of these parts of your body will improved greatly. Now, let’s introduce below a quite widely-used exercise for our computer users.
For white collars or civil servants in office, due to their concentrations on computer screens or bending themselves in work right on the desks five days per week and lacking of exercise timely, it always triggers problems in these parts.
Action on neck
This part constantly bears the weight of your head, keeping lepospondylous in the condition of fatigue while the muscle on the back of the neck is still under the harden condition, which can result in chronic strain on your neck, thus develops into one of the main factors of ache. Fortunately, relevant methods are provided in practice: lightly shake your head, then up and down as well as right and left, on rotational basis. Meanwhile, mind your action should be slowly and mildly.
Action on waist
Sit up straight on the table, with the right and the left tiptoes withstanding against one firm object.
Put your hands on the back of your head. Slow at first till up to maximum range and then restart it as before.
Action on legs
Staying at office, your legs bend occasionally with little movement, tension and contractile force of your leg muscle decreased, giving rise to the problem of venous stagnation of venous blood. Keep your two tiptoes withstanding against one firm object, move heels up and down but do not off the ground.
